Rack Finishing Lines
This line uses a fully automated design to improve processing efficiency.
Racks leaving the broaching machine are transferred automatically through successive finishing operations to final oiling, ready for assembly.
The rack finishing line comprises:
Tooth-end deburring and washing; hardening; rack straightening; tooth-surface deburring; polishing of the rack back and shaft; flaw detection and demagnetization; and final washing, air drying, heat drying and oiling.
