In 2026, Ruiming's technical team travelled to India to provide on-site equipment support and specialist training for RANE Group, supporting standardized, automated and high-precision automotive component production.
RANE Group is a long-established Indian automotive component manufacturer supplying steering systems and linkages to major vehicle manufacturers. Its production places demanding requirements on accuracy and automation. This collaboration provided an opportunity for Ruiming to support an international automotive component production environment.
The visit focused on a fully automatic centering and pin pressing machine. Ruiming engineers completed installation, commissioning, parameter adjustment and line integration for steering assembly press-fitting, centering and pin insertion. Practical training for operators, engineers and quality personnel covered machine principles, centering setup, press-fitting accuracy, parameter settings, daily maintenance, troubleshooting and production process optimization.
Precision steering assembly requires controlled press-fitting, tight coaxiality and consistent production. Ruiming's machine combines centering algorithms, press control and automation to address variation, low efficiency and inconsistent yield associated with manual assembly.
The on-site training and technical support helped the customer bring the equipment into stable production and develop the operating skills needed for planned output, demonstrating Ruiming's equipment, engineering and service capabilities.
Ruiming will continue developing its international technical service capabilities, supporting automotive precision component manufacturers through equipment, process solutions and on-site service.
