On August 2, 2025, Ruiming held a team-building event to enrich employees' activities outside work, improve communication between departments and strengthen teamwork and belonging.
Ruiming's equipment development and project delivery rely on cooperation between research and development, production, sales and after-sales teams. Their daily work spans workshops, engineering development and customer sites, supporting straightening, polishing, superfinishing and steering assembly equipment.
Employees formed teams across departments for collaborative activities, encouraging one another through group challenges. Informal conversations provided time to share work experiences and everyday interests, helping colleagues build trust and stronger working relationships.
The event offered a break from daily routines and strengthened collaboration. Employees returned to work with renewed team spirit to support technical development, product improvement and market development.
